A transparent on-chain Ponzi pool

The word “Ponzi” is in the name. We are not dressing this up as yield, as staking, or as a protocol. It is a queue, and it is paid from money that arrives after you.

You deposit SOL. You take a place in a FIFO queue. You get paid from two streams: new deposits, and creator fees earned on every $PAWZ trade on PumpSwap. The second stream does not depend on anyone depositing after you — it depends on the token being traded.

When you deposit, you pick a real animal from the North Shore Animal League America catalog and mint an Adoption NFT carrying its photo, name and breed. 15% of your deposit is routed to a donation vault and sent to that shelter through the Daffy Charitable Fund.

Worst caseYou donated to an animal shelter and you own an NFT of the animal you helped.
Also the worst caseThe 85% that is not the donation can be lost in full. Read Risk.txt before you touch this.

Creator Fees — Pump.fun Fee Sharing

Every $PAWZ trade pays the pool

Pump.fun pays the token creator a fee on each trade. PAWZI routes that fee through Fee Sharing into four wallets — this is external revenue, driven by trading volume rather than by new deposits.

Two inflows, one queue

Reward Pool inflow = (50% × new deposits) + (55% × creator fees). Target ROI is 1.5×: once a position has received 150% of its deposit it is paid out and leaves the queue.

Bots on a crank

The buyback wallet market-buys $PAWZ on PumpSwap every 30 minutes, burns 40% of what it bought and holds the rest in Treasury. The donation wallet swaps SOL to USDC through Jupiter once a day and transfers it to the Daffy Charitable Fund, which converts to USD and pays North Shore Animal League America. The receipt is posted publicly.

Every deposit mints one animal

At deposit time you choose an animal from the catalog. The deposit instruction mints a Metaplex Core asset with that animal's photo and details, and stamps your donation amount and transaction signature into the metadata. Click a card to flip it and see the artwork it mints.

What the minted artwork looks like

Each Adoption NFT carries a pixel portrait redrawn from that animal's own shelter photograph — the same coat, the same pose, the same room. These twelve were generated from real listings.

Pool Monitor — Sustainability

The pool pays while inflow exceeds what it owes

Reward Pool inflow = (50% × new deposits) + (55% × creator fees). The second term is tied to trading volume, so the pool can keep paying through a period with no new deposits — slowly. It cannot keep paying through a period with no volume and no deposits.

Death0 SOL0 SOL
Pool frozen. Nobody behind you gets paid.
What the second stream buys youIndependence from recruitment. A Ponzi with only one inflow dies the day deposits stop. This one keeps trickling while the token is traded.
What it does not buy youA guarantee. Trading volume decays. The people at the back of the queue are the ones who find that out.

Donation Trail — Every Trade Saves a Life

SOL in, receipt out

North Shore Animal League America (EIN 11-1666852, Port Washington, NY) accepts crypto directly through The Giving Block and through Daffy. PAWZI routes through Daffy: the protocol sends USDC, Daffy converts to USD and grants it to NSALA, and the PDF receipt is published.

The feed

    What gets published

    • On-chain transaction for every vault movement, visible on Solana Explorer.
    • The Daffy PDF receipt for every grant, posted to X.
    • Running total donated, and the per-animal breakdown.
    • Adoption updates when an animal in the collection finds a home.
The one guaranteed outcomeThe donation leg is the only part of this that cannot go to zero. It leaves the vault, it lands at a registered 501(c)(3), and there is a receipt.

10 — The part nobody else prints

    RISK.TXT — read before depositing
This is a Ponzi scheme. That is the product, not an accusation. Later depositors fund earlier ones. Most Ponzi participants lose money, and the ones who lose it are the ones who arrived last. Do not deposit money you need.

    Questions

    Is my payout guaranteed?
No. Payouts depend on Reward Pool inflow, which depends on new deposits and on $PAWZ trading volume. Neither is promised by anyone. If both stop, the queue freezes where it stands.
    Can I withdraw early?
No. A position leaves the queue when it has been paid 1.5× its deposit. There is no exit before that.
Where does the 15% actually go?
To the donation vault, then via Jupiter to USDC, then to the Daffy Charitable Fund, which grants it to North Shore Animal League America. Every hop has a transaction; the grant has a PDF receipt.
    Who controls the vaults?
The pool PDA holds the deposit split. The buyback and donation wallets are operational wallets driven by cranks. Wallet addresses will be published before launch — check them yourself rather than trusting this sentence.
    Has the program been audited?
Not at the time of writing. Smart-contract bugs are a real and separate way to lose the entire balance.
Is PAWZI affiliated with North Shore Animal League America?
No. NSALA is a donation recipient. There is no partnership, endorsement or approval, and none is claimed.
What is the deal with the Adoption NFT?
It is a Metaplex Core asset recording which animal your donation went to, the amount, and the transaction. It is a receipt with a photograph. Assume its market value is zero.
Is this legal where I live?
Possibly not. Ponzi schemes are illegal in many jurisdictions regardless of how openly they are labelled. This site is not legal or financial advice; you are responsible for your own compliance.

Unaudited, and the program can still be changedNobody has reviewed this code but the people who wrote it, and the upgrade authority has not been renounced — whoever holds that key can replace the program, including the parts that keep the reward vault out of reach. Deposit accordingly.

    Four steps

    1. Install a Solana wallet and fund it with SOL.
    2. Buy $PAWZ on Pump.fun — every trade pays a creator fee into the Reward Pool.
    3. Open the dApp, choose an animal, and deposit between 0.1 and 50 SOL.
    4. Watch your position move up the queue. Claim as yield accrues, up to 1.5×.
